On the December 13, 2016 Boomer Generation Radio show, Jon Roesser, general manager of Weavers Way Cooperative Association, explains the coop movement and the organization’s mission of operating a grocery-based consumer organization that is owned and governed by its members. About the Guests John Roesser Jon Roesser was named general manager of Weavers Way in 2015. Before being named general manager, he was Weavers Way’s Human Resources Director, a post he had held since October 2008. Before coming to Weavers Way, Roesser worked for 13 years at Adecco Corp., a global HR services company, in a variety of roles including director of Adecco’s six-branch Philadelphia region. A native Philadelphian, he graduated from La Salle College High School (’88) and La Salle University (’92), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He also has a Master of Arts in English from Arcadia University (’12).
