His experience includes pastoring Joplin Family Worship Center in Joplin, Missouri, and Higher Vision Church in Valencia, California. He is also the founder and president of Exceed International and served as district bishop and assistant general bishop of the North Central Division. He received his Doctorate of Ministry from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Wayman and his wife Kimberly have three children. The oldest, Spencer, serves on the pastoral staff at Higher Vision Church. Their middle son, Garrett, is a student at Messenger College, and their youngest daughter, Grace, remains at home.
