The second match of the Vijay Hazare Trophy was played today between Mumbai and Uttarakhand at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Mumbai won by 52 runs. Mumbai, batting first, set a target of 331 runs. Uttarakhand could only manage 280 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
There was considerable excitement among the spectators at the stadium regarding Rohit Sharma. As soon as he entered the field, chants of "Rohit, Rohit" filled the air. Meanwhile, Mumbai player Angkrish Raghuvanshi was injured while fielding and was taken to the hospital.
