If you're like me you get asked a ton of questions and many of them are repeated almost daily. Our default reaction is to reply via text or a phone call but there is a better way. If you record a video to answer these questions or to train your employees it will save so much time in the long run. Instead of replying to the message with a half-baked answer, you can reply to a link to your video on YouTube or saved it to your camera roll.
