Usap Tayo! is a series of online fora, organized by GoodGov PH, where the youth get to engage in discussions with distinguished speakers on each topic, tackling public issues related to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. For this second session, we chatted with Czarina Medina-Guce, MA (Governance Specialist, UNDP Philippines and Faculty Instructor, ADMU Development Studies Program) on the responsibilities of Local Government Units amidst the COVID-19 crisis, as well as the power of active citizens in our democracy today.
