In this episode, we have a conversation with Dr. Krishnan Ragunathan on the biology of viruses and how they impact human health. Dr. Krishnan is a virologist at the Children's Hospital at the University of Pittsburgh. Here he answers some general questions about viruses such as what is a virus, how it creates a new strain etc. and also talks about the novel coronavirus.
