Gino Caccavale is a machine. Not just physically (check him out on IG @rezistfanpage) but also in how he lives his life. He won Mr. Connecticut in 1989 and also won the competition Gladiator. His work ethic includes waking up at 4:30AM every morning (since 1993) and commuting from Boston to Ohio, New York, Virginia, and other states to teach and promote his workout Rezist.
