On this weekly episode, "For everything, there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to break down, and a time to build up, a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak." - King Solomon. A pastor asked us this question on what is the purpose. Is it somthing grand or it is the small moments in our lives each and every day. How does one make seeking and walking in purpose a daily practice? Love isn’t always communicated in ways we understand or can respond to. Being able to clearly express why someone is important to us is an important skill to have in any relationship. It is easy to assume that the people we care about already know how much we appreciate them. Living in this mentality, we risk falling into the trap of never expressing the meaningfulness and value a loved one adds to our lives. YES, I am talking about words of Affirmation. Lastly, When we let go, we create space for something new to happen. It's like having a closet of clothes and shoes, things you no longer use or need. Do you even know what's in there? It's essential to stop and take stock of what you really need emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually.
