Born into a residential real estate family, Beth begins the episode sharing her story and evolution in real estate to now owning and managing large commercial real estate portfolios. A highlight of this episode is when she shares vulnerably about her failures and takeaways from the 2008 recession. Contrary to the broad brush headlines about retail, Beth and Tom discuss opportunities that can be found in the retail sector today. Beth concludes the episode by sharing about her recent book “Don’t Say No For The Prospect”, and emphasizes the power of relationships.
