I personally put efforts for many years to accomplish my listed goal but could not able to achieve a single goal. 

The reason was very simple, I put all my energy in terms of efforts in many directions & wanted to achieve my goal overnight. After reading lots of self-help books which gave me to access understand leader's mindset & the way they worked to achieve for a specific goal in an organised manner then I realized my mistakes & I changed my strategy which is not only helped me to start accomplishing my goal but also make me more productive. 

1. Do morning affirmation (for the specific goal) 

2. Write daily goals (Journaling) 

3. Set a boundary line to thrive more to exceed your potential limit daily 

4. Review Productivity daily 

5. Ignore distractions (Whatever waste your time is distractions)
