The Host Khalfani Sangha is a mindfulness mediation facilitator with InsightLA.org and is a certified MBCT ( Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapist) and MBCT Life coach. Resides with his family in Los Angeles and travels all over the world to teach, speak, and learn.
