Scores of volunteers and police officers are fanning out across Waimanalo as the frantic search for a missing 6-year-old continues into a second day. Isabella Kalua was last seen in her Puha Street home around 9 p.m. Sunday. After she was reported missing Monday, police spent hours searching the area using ATVs, patrol vehicles and dogs. Volunteers, including family members, also organized search efforts of their own. “It’s very painful not knowing anything and still not finding her,” said Jamie Kumai, the girl’s biological aunt. “But we’re keeping our faith, keeping positive, and we’re just going to continue searching for her.”
