What state would be most useful for you to activate more often?

Have you ever felt completely stuck in a mood and assumed there was nothing you could do about it?

For years, I believed my feelings controlled me.

As an INFP, authenticity matters. I didn't want to force myself to be happy or pretend everything was okay. But eventually I realized something important:

You don't have to fake your feelings to change your state.

In this video, I'll show you the simple process I use to shift from feeling flat, unmotivated, or stuck into a more resourceful state. It's a technique built from self-hypnosis, imagination, embodiment, and something I call the State Menu.

You'll learn:

• Why moods aren't as fixed as they seem

• The connection between breathing, body, and beliefs

• How I changed my state before filming this video

• What the State Menu is and how to create your own

• A practical exercise for intentionally activating confidence, calm, curiosity, and other useful states

If you're an INFP who sometimes feels trapped by your emotions, this may change how you think about feelings forever.
