In this message we begin digging a little deeper in our discussion of the two covenants. The first covenant, the physical covenant, takes place in the Holy Place of the temple. Much of the imagery and literal translations from the Hebrew refer to the beautiful act of creation between a man and a woman. Life is created effortlessly and joyfully. If you understand the physical covenant, you can understand the spiritual covenant in the Holiest of Holies. Just as the physical covenant creates life by the grace of God alone, you can receive your deepest desires of prayer by the grace of God alone. Scripture tells us our prayers are sweet fragrances in the Holiest of Holies that rise to God. In prayer we feel the elevated emotion of joy and gratitude that passes between the cherubs, the two halves of our mind. Our emotions and what we see in our mind are now joined in covenant. We release the “word” of God out of our mouth with shouts of grace, grace to it! Our deepest desires have already been given to us. We already possess everything that pertains to life and godliness. We simply lay hold of desires. We simply say “I AM…..” We decree a thing, and it comes to pass by the grace of God alone.
