LIVIN is a mental health organization co-founded by Sam Webb, set up after tragically losing their close friend Dwayne Lally to suicide. When I first heard about the incredible work LIVIN are doing to highlight the importance of talking more about mental health particularly amongst young people and the male population I had to find out more. Their '#itaintweaktospeak' tag line hit home immediately. Ever since I had the idea to start the Mentally Fit podcast Sam Webb was at the top of my list of guests to interview. In this episode, he shares openly about the journey of how it all started, how important it is to take care of our mental health, and also how we can help those around us that may be struggling.
