The 2014 NSBA Annual Meeting featured an afternoon of Professional Development for Pastors. Dr. Mark Tolbert provided instruction on "The Public Invitation." This segment is a discussion on the "mechanics" of the public invitation. Dr. Tobert is Professor of Preaching and Pastoral Ministry at NOBTS, Director of The Caskey Center for Church Excellence, a North Shore resident, and most recently, Pastor at Bedico Baptist Church.
