The 2014 NSBA Annual Meeting featured an afternoon of Professional Development for Pastors. Dr. Mark Tolbert provided instruction on "The Public Invitation." This segment is the "lecture" portion of Dr. Tolbert's training. Dr. Tobert is Professor of Preaching and Pastoral Ministry at NOBTS, Director of The Caskey Center for Church Excellence, a North Shore resident, and most recently, Pastor at Bedico Baptist Church.
