Life is as a Pendulum - Swinging far to one side or the other. Even though we are in the process of evolving as spiritual beings, and have been since we became conscious, the pendulum swings back and forth. If we indeed look over history, ours, and the world, we can see the evolution of our learning. The pain and growth, the expansion and contraction are all part of the experience we call life. When we allow moments in our life of silence, stopping the "Thinking" we are able to see the ebb and flow of all things.
