Without a doubt, my third favorite Naked Gun film is The Naked Gun Flixtor. The first two movies have long been favorites of mine. I was a little concerned when they announced they were rebooting the Police Squad franchise because I even own the TV series. Particularly considering that comedy sequels are typically awful. But this film perfectly captures the mood established by its forerunners. It is not dependent on shock humor. Throughout the entire film, there are many clever jokes. Liam Neeson does a fantastic job filling in for Leslie Nielsen, even though we all miss him.
