Chris is a former Professional Baseball Player and Manager and is now a Major League Scout with the Arizona Diamondbacks. We talk about the benefits from playing independent baseball, not only the experiences you get along the way, but the possibility of getting picked up again by an affiliated team. We talk about the scouting process and how to get seen by scouts and what they may or may not be looking for specifically. We dive into what happens once you do get signed by an affiliated club, what that process looks like and the opportunities that you are then presented.
