We welcome all perspectives of inclusion, which is why we are very excited to welcome dance educator and researchers Ms. Leah Antonellis to our program today, who will share her research on the inclusion of neurodiverse voices in dance training. GUEST: Leah Antonellis (MA, BFA) is an educator and advisor for neurodiverse students as well as a PhD candidate in Dance Studies at Middlesex University in London. She has developed several inclusive movement curriculums in both public and private studio settings throughout the US. Her research focuses on the empowerment of autistic and neurodivergent young adults through autonomy support and the incorporation of their voices in dance programming.
