The world desperately needs women to use their gifts in spheres of influence. This week we continue the discussion on gender equality, specifically addressing the questions of women in ministry and leadership. Katia shares some of the ways she was discouraged from her calling on the basis of gender, and how men can come alongside of women in a way that is empowering and non-condescending.
