This meditation will take you on a beautiful journey up a mountain to enjoy a start night on a new moon sky. The key part of the practice is the hourglass visualisation of your breath. Your head will be one half of the hourglass, the neck is the neck and the chest is the bottom half. With your inhale, you will allow your thoughts to descend from your head to your chest and then they will be vanished out on the exhale.
