Ruby is dedicated to her brand and has no issue sharing her journey on YouTube with her 60K+ subscribers. Here’s a few take aways from this episode: Solve a problem. When Ruby realized her subscribers were interested in learning more about how she was staying organized and managing college as an athlete and bio pre-medicine major, she began vlogging and eventually created her own planner @TheLavishLifeBrand. Stay in touch with your audience. Don’t ever become too big that you can’t simple tell your supporters thank you. Build a team. You're amazing, but so are other people. Build a great team, especially in the areas that you lack so that you're able to be the magic you are. Always see the big picture.
