In this episode of the Culture Coordinator Podcast, I talk about coaching the generation that I can "Generation Why?" Why do I call them that? Because they always want to know the why behind the what and the how. They are motivated by the why and they won't do the what or the how if they don't know the why. This is both frustrating because we grew up doing what our coach told us to do without asking any questions, and commendable because we want our young people to act from conviction and understanding. I also talk about the Culture Coordinator Motivation Assessment. The Motivation Assessment is the core value of a Culture Coordinator membership.
