In this episode of the podcast I have 2 co-founders of the Texas independent craft brewery Hope and Sting out of Grapevine, Texas. This was a great episode with Brian and Jon, and they were great guests and host in their brewery. This is the first time that I have done a particular protein not only because of the quantity needed, but because of the beer that was available and it turned out great. This is something that I will repeat again in the future when I have a beer fan on as a guest. The protein of choice this time around was pork, made carnitas style in the dutch oven. Two slight modifications were done in this recipe when compared to last time. I decided to add pork baby back ribs along with the boston butt cut, and will most likely not repeat this mixture again just due to taste.
