Episode 169 starts out a bit philosophical with an actual bible verse (wait ... what??) but it does lead to something, a discussion about what the 80/20 rule is in business and how it applies to training, and then a short talk on using a 5x5 method with body weight and how to determine how much "weight" you are actually lifting in a push-up and air squat. Big difference between a 2-hour show and this one, but the points get across I think ;-)
