From a very young age, Tatenda Taibu’s destiny was to lead. Small in stature, but with the heart of a lion, it came as no surprise when he became the vice captain at the age of 19 and then became Zimbabwe’s first black captain, as well as the youngest captain in the history of test cricket. However, his journey was a rollercoaster ride. Filled with joy, frustration and fear. (Please note that this is a recording from the archives, so some of his future plans like his roll as convened of selectors has come to an end.) A fascinating listen all the same.
