Music
This week I sat down with Scott Robbins and Bethany Sietsma from Leaving Echoes (Central NC, Statesville/Winston Salem area) to talk about their new album, Jump In, which was over twenty five years in the making. In addition to their long history, we also talk about the Heart of Rock and Roll, "foster venues", high school go-go dancers, getting a little help from your friends, and where the future is taking them (including maybe still dipping into the past every now and then). This one is packed with fun stories, but there are also some great things that hit the cutting room floor in the effort to keep this thing under two hours, (Patreon subscribers can hear them soon)! Please ignore the intermittent cell phone interference... I keep mine away from the recorder, but always forget to tell my guests to do the same!https://www.facebook.com/leavingechoesbandhttps://leavingechoes.bandcamp.com/Gabba Gabba Huh?: https://linktr.ee/gabbagabbahuh/Songs for GGHT54:Leaving Echoes - These LinesLeaving Echoes - Free to NowLeaving Echoes - LizzyVisible Elroy - VaccineLeaving Echoes - DaisyLeaving Echoes - We Don't DanceLeaving Echoes - Jump InThis episode is brought to you by Hobo Wolfman Records: https://www.hobowolfmanrecords.com/Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/gabbagabbahuh)
