We interview Mrs Jam (Linda) from North Yorkshire and see how she started and built up her business and how Yorkshire Housing have been supporting her. Linda also takes in lodgers and David Register from our South team talks about what tenants might need to do to have lodgers. We also hear from David Perry, who is Chair of our customer services committee, about what they are doing and how they would like to connect with customers.
