The presenters, all members of the CoSIDA Advocacy Committee, discuss how an athletic communications staff member can organize their work/achievements over the past year to prepare for a year-end analysis, either for a self-evaluation or a performance review/evaluation with a supervisor. The four presenters discussed and answered the following: What did we use/repurpose/overlap during the past year? How do we organize that to prepare a self-evaluation? How do we present that to supervisors in a performance review?
