The 2019/2020 summer has brought some difficult times and distressing images for all Australians - drought, flood, bushfires and a global pandemic. This is difficult for us as adults to understand and deal with, so imagine the affect it has on our kids.  Psychologist Rebecca joins Hannah to discuss the impact of difficult media and social content on children , how parents can explain these issues in simple and easy to understand terms and help their children navigate the current world as best we can! Rebecca works as a psycholgist with a broad range of clients, with particular interest in self-esteem, self-care, self-confidence, anxiety, stress and mindfulness.
