Today we're joined Sports Coaching Science Lecturer at St Mary's University, Stuart Carrington. This is one of the most eye-opening books I've read this year. It's as if your best friend was a psychologist and broke down the different psychological theories and how they applied to refereeing. To switch gears a bit, last episode I mentioned I have a brand new podcast called Football Today (https://www.footballtodaypodcast.com/) . If you like this show, I promise Football Today will be better. It's going to be my full-time job so I'm putting my heart and soul into it. If you could listen to it, it would mean so much to me. Essentially every episode I'll be doing a deep dive on 1 topic that's in the news in roughly 20 minutes. Much like The Daily or Today, Explained.
