In today's episode I share two of my 'stretched' moments from this year, the ugly before hand of anxiety and fear taking over, the reality during and the feel good factor and consequences after. One is featured in the book my 10K in my underwear around London as part of Celebrate You and the second is my Oxford half marathon, which I didn't get much time to train for, oh and I hate running! As I emotionally and mentally tortured myself I reminded myself of 'Why?' I was doing this and that pushed me through the fear and the anxiety and I did it.
