I recieved many requests for this podcast of my Stop Smoking Guided Meditation. I am so happy to share it, because it means so much to me, as an ex-smoker, non-smoker. Every year, 480,000 people die in the United States due to tobacco-related diseases. And right now, many are focused on their health. Getting and staying healthy is a smart priority. Smoking compromises the immune system, robs us of money and energy, at the very least. I have helped many people in one-on-sessions over the years, either in person, or on the phone. This guided meditation technique, has been proven successful, and is a safe and excellent tool to help those who truly want to be free from the smoking addiction. It is designed to relax you, so new suggestions will be accepted by the subconscious mind, in that relaxed state.
