Jon Tait is the Director of School Improvement and Deputy CEO at Arete Learning Trust in North Yorkshire. Jon started teaching in 2001 as a qualified PE teacher and more recently has taught Computer Science. Jon has been a senior leader for 13 of his 19 years in teaching.
