Alexander explains how The Russian Pirate Party is banned in Russia because Piracy (Maritime crime) has been unlawful since the 1700's. The Pirate Party of Iceland has been very influential in Icelandic politics and the party is now the second largest political party in Iceland. Meanwhile its counterpart in Russia is banned by Putin, while they try against all odds to teach young Russians about VPN's and Telegram.
