Shannon has a passion for gathering women together to have meaningful conversations.  She has always been interested in how individuals experience life. She believes, that our personal experiences shape who we are and determine how we show up in the world, for other people, and ultimately for ourselves. As a Certified Life Coach with a Master’s Degree in Psychology with 25 years of social work experience, Shannon has conducted extensive research and held numerous conversations with women about feminism.  Shannon is the founder of A Seat at the Table where women talk about topics that effect their lives. She believes that women grow and change in relation to one another. It’s during these important conversations where women are better able to understand, support and deepen their relationships with one another. When women lift each other up, the community benefits.3 Take-Aways from Shannon:What do you want your Fall Season to look like? Be intentional about your self-care and time. Try a self-care habit that's new to you. Developing self-care habits is a path, not a destination. Be gentle with yourself and have fun!To reach Shannon:Website: www.shannonstallone.comFacebook Page: Shannon Stallone, A Coach for WomenFacebook Group: A Seat at the Table with Shannon Stallone
