In Episode 29, our guest is Friday Apaliski, Founder of Sustainability Concierge.Friday is a San Francisco Bay Area native, and received her degree from the University of Oregon.  After a nearly decade-long career in advertising, she took her skills to the San Francisco Department of the Environment, where she spent six years working on everything from energy efficiency, to toxins reduction and zero waste. Four years ago she started her own business as the "Sustainability Concierge," taking all she’s learned and bringing it directly into people's homes.
