We were unable to work out our schedules to record our episode for this week so we decided to have this special release here! This was originally an episode of “The Joey Shwartz Podcast” (at the time “The Joey Losing Weight Podcast”) that was first put out on June 9, 2019. This was the first time we had ever had a conversation before we decided to start this podcast.
