Manisha Tailor is an academy coach at Queen's Park Rangers Football Club. She's also a qualified Head Teacher and an author. Manisha runs mental health and football programmes for adults and has published a teaching resource to help generate discussion around mental health with young people. Speaking Out is a podcast exploring the relationship between football and mental health. Exploring a number of factors, one is the professional game and the pressures that Football as a career brings. We will also be looking into football as a recreational outlet to help deal with mental health problems. Through a series of interviews and discussion with a range of people in and around the game, we look to explore the current situation and discuss their personal experiences.
