Colleen talks today about what she has been going through. Also, how she has been enjoying her staycation!!! Reiki, celery juice, yoga, reading, walking, sitting outside, and going on walks. Also, she is obsessed with the Gaia network now, such amazing shows and topics that they have! Moving her body in the morning has helped her feel physically and mentally better every day. The littlest movement in the morning can set you up better for the day. She also talks about human despair within our human experience, and how we need to have and hold on to hope. Hope, love, gratitude, and joy are the most important things we can do for ourselves right now. The human experience is so dark sometimes that one can get lost down that dark spiral. How nothing externally has actually changed for her in the past year, really. But her internal world has changed. You are the cocreator of your own reality.
