Miscellaneous
Hey everyone! This is the second episode of my new show Here Is The Problem. I hope everyone's enjoying the podcast so far that a lot is in store for the show. I do wish that I had a good VOIP audio player, and I'm working that so I'm hoping the one for which I have an eye out will work well for me by next week. Anyway, onto the topics: 1. A handful of members of Congress have decided that they will dress in black in solidarity of #MeToo and #TimesUp for Trump's upcoming State of the Union Speech which will be televised on January 30th. Isn't this getting out of hand or what? And it's becoming loathsome and tiresome to boot! 2. Actor James Franco has been accused of committing acts of sexual harassment against five people, one of whom is former Hollywood actress Ally Sheedy. Franco denies all of this and says he hasn't seen Sheedy's Twitter tweets on this when he was accepting his award at the Golden Globes. Again, the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements are showing their anti-male bias once again. and finally 3. Trump's stupid "shithole countries" comments he assigned to people from Haiti, El Salvador, and Africa. Reckless. Completely reckless and horrendous if you ask me. His comments embolden and enable Democrats to paint him and all Republicans as racists. Is that what he wants, or is he too stupid to know what he wants? It's a thing that makes you go "Hmmmm!" That's all, More to follow soon! Please send comments, questions, and thoughts to my Twitter handle @ToddABarnett or my email address ToddAndrewBarnett@gmail.com.
