Miscellaneous

There are pros and cons to getting your home pre-inspected before you put it on the market. A pre-inspection cause sometimes can be less detailed than an actual inspection. It's because maybe the seller didn't order radon testing or meth testing or mold testing or lead-based paint testing or, or any of those things. So maybe that's less detailed than what you would want as a buyer. We get used to those things; we forget about them. Sometimes it allows a seller to fix things initially and sometimes more cost effectively.
