Your Turn Women, the health and wellness network that supports women who want to say FUCK OFF to anyone who tries to keep them their "BITCH AND CALL GIRL"! Many people believe the slogan, Just Do It, but often times the reality of that is more complex. Barriers exist that keep women in the “bitch and call girl” roll; family, employer, volunteering in the community and even friends can help keep women tired, sick and fat! This podcast will share the weight loss story of Mel, the co-creator of Your Turn, how YT began, the stories of the women who are in Your Turn and all the accomplishments along the way! This podcast will be uploaded in a series of 10-12 episodes. Each series, after the initial launch, will be focused around the women in the program that Your Turn is currently leading. Together we kick the “do for others at the expense of your self” attitude in the balls and we take back our health power!
