Mehr Mathew is a 4th year student at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. She's part of the 7-year BS/MD program, which guarantees a medical school admission straight from high school to approximately 40 students nationwide. She was recently selected as an NIH Medical Research Scholar and will spend the next two years doing research at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City before completing her medical degree. She hopes to further pursue either a Pediatric Rheumatology/Allergy & Immunology.
