This provocative thriller drama on Flixtor movie takes place in the Basque Country, Navarre, and the French border area, subtly justifying the offenses committed by the Spanish side, ranging from the mistreatment of a comatose patient to acts of torture and even murder. Whenever one of the ETA characters displays any semblance of humanity, it is swiftly countered by overt displays of fanaticism. Ethical ambiguities are as scarce as psychological distinctions. The lines between good and evil are sharply drawn: not only is ETA portrayed, with its history being much more intricate than mere radicalism, but the entire Basque Country is depicted as a perpetual danger zone. The haunting image evoked by the original title leans more towards a one-sided ideology.
