We’re back with another review, and today it’s She Rides Shotgun (2025). This movie is a gritty, tense ride with surprising heart.
The plot is straightforward — Polly’s father just got out of prison, and the moment he does, both of their lives are in danger. Together they’re forced onto the road, hunted by violent people who won’t stop. But this isn’t just running. It’s adapting, learning, and figuring out who they can be when everything else falls apart.
Taron Egerton shines as Nate. He gives you someone you shouldn’t trust but somehow do anyway. Ana Sophia Heger plays Polly with real strength — a kid who’s terrified but refuses to be weak.
I streamed this one on Soap2day, and it played without a hitch, which made the suspense hit even harder.
If you like thrillers with weight — where the bullets matter and so do the people — She Rides Shotgun (2025) is worth every minute.
