Hailey and Casey had the privilege of sitting down with Shauna Smith, a former DI Athlete with an interesting history (which includes employment with the San Francisco 49ers). She is currently volunteering her time to improve the mental health and well-being of young athletes...PLUS she made these broke gals a delicious lunch!!! She's a great human all around, 10/10 would recommend Shauna to a friend!
