Happy October everyone! Spooky season is just around the corner, and we’re staring off this month with possibly the least spooky, most Disney-princess-esque lady - Shannon Hanbury. Shannon was one of my very first guests way back in 2017, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her on again for an update and a catch up. Shannon is born and raised in Vancouver, and is not an equity theatre performer in town and around the world via Disney Cruise Lines. She also teacher Pure Barre and is even a published author!
